FAQ
Steel glass door questions
Do you make steel glass doors in standard sizes?
No. Every door and partition is made to measure from site survey dimensions, so the frame fits your opening exactly. There are no standard sizes or fixed designs.
What glass do you use as standard?
We use 4mm toughened safety glass in transparent as standard. You can upgrade to milky, tinted, wired, fluted or mirror glass, and mix finishes within the same door.
Can I choose my own glazing grid?
Yes. The Nord layouts are our most popular, but the glass can be divided into any grid, vertical-line or full-pane pattern that suits the room.
Why does a lever handle need a wider frame?
A lever handle mechanism is larger than a standard door profile. We use a wider stile on lever doors so the mechanism and latch fit inside the frame. Pull handles work with the slimmest profile.
Are steel glass doors suitable for homes as well as offices?
Yes. We install them in homes, offices, studios and commercial spaces. They divide rooms without losing light, which suits kitchens, living areas, home offices and meeting rooms alike.
